The Arabian leopard (Panthera Pardus Nimr) is a leopard species native to the Arabian peninsula and is classified as critically endangered and there are fewer than 250 individuals and that's just as endangered as the Iriomote cat of the island of Iriomote in Japan. The Arabian leopard is most closely related to the African leopard. This picture of an Arabian leopard was taken in a breeding center for endangered Arabian wildlife, Sharjah. The Arabian species is the smallest of leopards.
