The Tanzanian cheetah (Acinonyx Jubatus Raineyii), also known as the East African cheetah or Kenyan cheetah, is a cheetah species native to Tanzania, Kenya, Somalia, and Uganda. It's one of the 3 vulnerable cheetah species of Africa. In 2007, it was estimated to be around 1,960-2,572 cheetahs left in the wild. The Tanzanian cheetah is the largest cheetah species and the smallest is probably the Asiatic cheetah.
