Issiore lynx
The Issoire lynx (Lynx Issiodorensis) is an extinct species of lynx that lived in the Pleistocene of Europe and the Pliocene of Africa. The lynx species that are alive; the Canadian, Eurasian, Iberian, and Bobcat are all descended from the Issoire lynx. There is another extinct lynx, which lived on the Italian island of Sardinia and is a subspecies of the Eurasian lynx. It's the Sardinian lynx. The Iberian lynx is critically endangered and it now lives in Southern Spain since 2003 and 309 remain in the wild.
