The Andean condor is a near threatened condor native to The Andes. It is one of the 2 species of condor known along with the endangered California condor. There are also 2 species of orangutan. The Andean condor is the national animal of Columbia. In fact, condors are only native to the Americas like cougars and jaguars. It lives in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, and Peru.
