The Pyrenean ibex or bucardo was a subspecies of the Spanish ibex and there are 4 Spanish ibex subspecies and the last Pyrenean ibex named Celia was in captivity with scientists and she was released into the wild in January 6th 2000 and then she was crushed by a fallen tree. In 2009 a Pyrenean ibex was cloned and then the kid died 7 minutes later due to the effects of the lungs making it extinct once again.
