The Welsh polecat (Mustela Putorius), also known as the English polecat, is a European polecat subspecies native to England and Wales. The main picture on the Wikipedia of a subspecies is the Welsh polecat. The Scottish polecat was declared extinct in the 1800's or early 1900's and is the only subspecies declared extinct.
