Talaud bear cuscus

The Talaud bear cuscus is another subspecies of bear cuscus native to the Indonesian island of Salibabu. It is critically endangered mainly because of the habitat destruction. There is another bear cuscus including the Sulawesi bear cuscus.

  1. Hi Abe, I am currently rebuilding the website for Progres Sulawesi - an NGO for overlooked species. One of the species they are now also focusing on is the Talaud Cuscus. During recent research they were not able to spot one in the wild, so that is why I started looking online for images. I'm curious to know if this photo is taken by you? And if so, if we would be allowed to use it. Hoping to hear from you soon. Best, Onno
