Sardinian pika

The Sardinian pika was a pika native to Sardinia, Corsica, and some other Mediterranean islands like Marsica and went extinct in 1774 and that's 2 years before the Revolutionary war. It was described by Sardinian authors as "A giant rabbit with no tail". It would have been prey for the Sardinian dhole, the Sardinian lynx, and man.
