The Northwest African cheetah (Acinonyx Jubatus Hecki), also known as the Saharan cheetah, is a species of cheetah native to the Northwest African region and is classified as critically endangered and probably is one of the fennec fox's main predators. There is another critically endangered cheetah called the Asiatic cheetah of Iran and Western Pakistan.
