Mexican prairie dog

The Mexican prairie dog is an endangered prairie dog species native to Northern Mexico. They are related to chipmunks, marmots, and squirrels and their main predators are coyotes, bobcats, eagles, hawks, badgers, snakes, weasels, and cougars. The Utah prairie dog is also endangered and the rest of the prairie dogs are least concern.
