The Labrador wolf (Canis Lupus Labradorensis) is a subspecies gray wolf native to Labrador and Northern Quebec in Canada. There are recent confirmed sightings on Newfoundland. It has been described as ranging in color from dark, grizzly gray to almost white, of being related to the recently extinct Newfoundland wolf (Canis Lupus Beothucus).
